Terms & Conditions – Organisation Access
These Terms & Conditions apply to organisations purchasing access to Mind Management On-Demand platform.
By purchasing access, you agree to the terms set out below.
- About Us
The platform is provided by Mindfield Media Ltd, part of the Mindfield Health group of companies.
Course content is delivered under the Chimp Management brand and based on The Chimp Management® Mind Model.
- Access & Licence
Your organisation is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for the agreed number of users and duration.
Access is:
- Limited to your nominated users
- For internal use only
- Valid for a fixed 12-month period unless otherwise agreed
A new agreement or renewal is required to continue access beyond this period.
- Content Availability
Your licence includes:
- Access to all courses available at the start of your subscription
- Access to any new content added during your licence period
New courses are added regularly.
- Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share access between users
- Distribute, copy, or reproduce course content
- Upload or host content externally (including LMS use without agreement)
- Sub-licence or resell any part of the platform
Access is strictly limited to your licensed users.
- SCORM & LMS Use
Where agreed, courses may be provided as SCORM files for use within your internal LMS.
In these cases, you must:
- Only use content for the agreed number of users
- Not modify, distribute, or resell the content
- Remove all files at the end of the licence period
- Licence Period
Access is provided for a fixed 12-month period from the start date of your subscription.
- Payment
All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms agreed at the point of purchase.
- Cancellation & Refunds
Subscriptions are provided for a fixed term.
- You may stop using the platform at any time
- No refunds or partial refunds are provided once access has been granted
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- There is a breach of these Terms
- Payment is not made when due
- The service is used outside the agreed licence
On termination, all access must cease immediately.
- Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and platform elements remain the property of Mindfield Media Ltd and Mindfield Health Ltd.
No ownership is transferred under these Terms.
- Data & Privacy
Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws. User-generated content, including personal notes, is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect our legal rights.
- Liability
The platform is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for access.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- User-Generated Content (Notes Feature)
The platform may include features that allow users to create personal notes during course use.
These notes are private to the individual user and are not visible to other users within the organisation.
We do not actively monitor, review, or analyse user-generated content, including personal notes. However, authorised administrators of the platform may have access to such content for technical, support, or compliance purposes.
The notes feature is provided solely as a personal tool to support learning and reflection. It is not a monitored communication channel and must not be relied upon for support, safeguarding, or emergency purposes.
The platform and its features do not provide medical, clinical, or crisis support. If a user is experiencing distress or is at risk of harm, they should seek appropriate professional help or contact emergency services.
To the extent permitted by law, Mindfield Media Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure to identify or act upon information contained within user-generated content.
