Terms & Conditions – Individual Access

  1. About Us

The platform is provided by Mindfield Media Ltd, part of the Mindfield Health group of companies.

Course content is delivered under the Chimp Management brand and based on The Chimp Management® Mind Model.

  1. Access & Licence

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform.

Access is:

  • Limited to you as the registered user
  • For personal use only
  • Not to be shared with others
  1. Purchase Options

You may access the platform through:

  • Single Course Purchase
    Access to an individual course for a one-time fee
  • Subscription Access
    Access to the full platform for a fixed 12-month period

Subscriptions may be paid:

  • As a single annual payment, or
  • In monthly instalments over the 12-month period

The total cost of monthly instalments will exceed the annual payment option.

  1. Subscription Period & Renewal

Subscriptions are provided for a fixed 12-month period from the start date.

Auto-renewal may be enabled or disabled within your account settings.

If enabled, your subscription will renew for a further 12-month period.

You will be notified in advance of renewal.

  1. Content Availability

Your subscription access includes:

  • All courses available at the time of purchase
  • Any new content added during your access period
  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your login details
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes

Access is strictly for individual use.

  1. Payment

All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms presented at the point of purchase.

Where monthly instalments are selected, you remain committed to the full 12-month subscription.

  1. Cancellation & Refunds

All purchases are final.

  • No refunds or partial refunds are provided once access has been granted
  • Subscriptions are a fixed 12-month commitment

You may stop using the platform at any time, but your access and payment obligations will continue for the full subscription period.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are breached
  • Payment is not made when due
  • The platform is misused
  1. Intellectual Property

All course content, including video, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Mindfield Media Ltd. The Chimp Management® Mind Model and all associated trademarks are owned by Mindfield Health Ltd and used under licence by Mindfield Media Ltd and Chimp Management Ltd. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

  1. Data & Privacy

We comply with applicable data protection laws.

User-generated content, including personal notes, is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required to:

  • provide the service
  • comply with legal obligations
  • protect our legal rights
  1. User-Generated Content (Notes Feature)

The platform may include features that allow you to create personal notes.

These notes are private to you and are not visible to other users.

We do not actively monitor or review user-generated content. However, authorised administrators may have access for technical, support, or compliance purposes.

The notes feature is a personal learning tool only. It is not a monitored communication channel and must not be relied upon for support or emergency purposes.

The platform does not provide medical or clinical support. If you are in distress or at risk of harm, you should seek appropriate professional help or contact emergency services.

To the extent permitted by law, Mindfield Media Ltd accepts no responsibility for any failure to identify or act upon information contained within user-generated content.

  1. Liability

The platform is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Liability is limited to the fees paid.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
